Toys For Bob becomes an indie studio and seeks partnership with Microsoft

Toys For Bob, a studio known for Spyro remasters as well as Crash Bandicoot 4, announced that it will become an indie developer. The company was a subsidiary of Activision, and is now seeking a partnership with Microsoft.

In a statement released on their official website, bosses Paul Yan and Avery Lodato said that this was the right time to return to being a smaller, more agile studio. They then reveal that they are seeking a partnership with Microsoft for future games.

For now, Toys For Bob claims that it is in the early stages of developing its next game, and that they are still a long way from making a new announcement. Still, the team says they are excited to be able to create new stories and characters.
